How will I interact with the ICNS staff?
You will be able to communicate with ICNS staff through a combination of emails, phone calls, video and/or phone app when enrolled in an ICNS program.
Do I need a computer to work with you?
Yes, you will need a computer or similar smart device connected to the internet to access our secure electronic medical records system.
Do I need to download anything to work with you?
You can access our secure medical records system through a standard internet connection without a download. You will need to download a HIPAA-compliant app for messaging and videoconferencing if you would like to engange in that form of communication; however, app messaging and videoconferencing are not required. All interactions can be accomplished through phone calls and emails, if preferred.
What are telehealth services and do you offer them?
Telehealth services provide you with remote access to our health professionals and staff via secure video service. Telehealth visits allow you to complete a visit with our licensed health professional from the comfort of your home. You also have the option of completing your visits via telephone if you prefer.
What do I receive if I sign up for your educational programs?
Our educational programs include expert analysis and reviews of the current literature covering important health and wellness topics. Our mission is to empower you to make bettter informed health and wellness decisions. We will deliver the content to you in a combination of courses, podcasts, webinars, frequently asked questions, blogs and articles.
Why are your programs superior to general internet searches for health and wellness information?
The primary advantage of signing up for one of our educational programs is that you will be receiving evidenced based information from a trusted, experienced and highly qualified team. It is challenging enough for health professionals to keep up with the latest research on health and wellness and even for the well-educated health and wellness enthusiast it can be difficult to separate fact from fiction. We take that burden off your plate and deliver information to you in a variety of easy to use formats.
Am I able to use labs I have already completed with my health care provider prior to starting a program with you?
Yes, we will incorporate labs completed within the previous 12 months. Nutritional genetic reports can be from anytime in the past.
What additional lab testing do you require?
We will evaluate your existing lab reports and determine what, if any, additional testing we may require in order to create the most personalized wellness plan we can for you.
Will my insurance cover this?
No, our programs are not covered by insurance at this time; however, you may be able to cover some of your program costs through your health savings account (HSA). Please be sure to check with your HSA plan for details on the terms of your coverage.
Do you prescribe medications?
No, we do not prescribe any medications.
How long do I need to stay on your program?
We partner with you in both our guided wellness and educational programs to provide you with the resources and education that can help promote a lifetime of good health. While each person is unique, our programs incorporate evidenced based approaches, that when followed consistently, can help promote long term health.

Nutrivene is our trusted dietary supplement partner. Nutrivene has been providing their customers with high quality dietary supplements and custom formulations through their in house compounding pharmacy for over 20 years.

Purely Natural is a hemp and CBD products manufacturer and retailer. They offer high quality, full spectrum hemp and CBD isolate products for people and their pets
What is the Practice Better health portal?
The Practice Better system is a HIPAA compliant health portal that enables you to communicate with our team using a safe and secure computer platform from the comfort of your home. You can also message the ICNS team from the Practice Better phone app. The health portal is also used to upload lab results, request appointments, obtain encounter summaries, to access and complete questionnaires and to provide updates.
How do I access the Practice Better health portal?
At the time of enrollment you will be provided with instructions on how to access and activate your health portal account.
